The South West Arts and Crafts Team [SWAC] was founded by Kankou, to gather together fellow artists and crafters based in the South West region of the UK.
SWAC aims to raise the profile of SW regional artists and crafters by promoting their work both on and offline, whilst increasing awareness within the region about the various 'handmade focussed' online venues, and directing members of the public and potential customers towards members' shops and websites.
To join the team, applicants must:
- be based in the South West of England, and
- have an online shop or website where they offer their creations for sale.
